The firm is a member of the NYSE, the NASD and other regional U.S. exchanges and employs more than 320 of SG CIB's 2,200 U.S. professionals. The team provides capital markets, securities, underwriting, M&A, derivatives and program trading services to clients in such sectors as Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Sports Advisory, Gaming & Lodging, Media & Telecom, Aerospace & Defense, as well as large US multinationals. Additionally, the broker-dealer has responsibility for all clearing, settlement and custodial services for SG in the US.
